SUMMARY:
Three months ago, Barça signed an
excellent defender, Thomas Vermaelen from Arsenal. When the Belgian player
arrived at Barcelona, the doctors of the club discovered an injury of the
biceps of his left leg. After a month, Vermaelen played 63 minutes of a
friendly match and became in injury another time. Then, the doctors said that
Vermaelen would play his first official match on December. When he seemed to
stay in good conditions but became in injury another time. To recover this
football player Barça will need surgery and he wil go to Finland to operate his
leg, the doctor Orava will make the operation. Vermaelen will become to
football pitches on the next season if everything goes okay.
PERSONAL OPINION:
In my opinion Vermaelen is one of the best defenders
of the world when he is in good conditions but I thing that it was a mistake to
sign him for Barça.
